I had a disastrous experience with Natureways just now. We had very windy conditions, however our guide decided to continue the tour. In the end the guide's canoe capsized first, and - unlike the security advice - the guide capsized 2 more boats by trying to enter them from the water. With everybody of our group in the water, we floated for 45 min until rescued by fishermen. Moreover ridiculous management of the incident by Natureways afterwards. Seriously dislike!
