i did a vid of this like a yr ago but it was ALOT worse and harder...PLUS i made it easier for myself but putting 3 quarters under to prop up the weighted bar...now i do it off the floor...it still takes me awhile to get myself to pick it up...and when i do that weird pigeon head thing...im actually stretching my spine before pickin it up...
