@Shoot2KillU No it's not "safe" but there are many things you can do to help your body to be healthy. Like the supplements I showed on the video. My friend took Super DMZ Rx and he gained about 17 pounds. It is one of the most potent PH's out there (superdrol). So be careful.

1. No its not easy to obtain results like these in 40 days unless you've never lifted before.

2. Yes prohormones are steroidal equivalents

3. Please don't use these at age 18. You are still growing and developing at this point. If your tall and skinny, chances are you will fill out naturally. I did. If not- at least wait until you're out of college.
