ihsankekupz, are you a fuckin ignorant law student? The British settled in Sabah by entering into a contract of lease with the Sultan of Sulu. Your government knows it. In fact, when Malaysia gained independence from Britain it continued paying the rentals as stipulated in the contract up until today. You know in law that a lease negates ownership for why would somebody pay rentals if the property belongs to him? This is common sense. If you can't understand this then you're an idiot!

ihsankekupz, you're a freakin ignorant. Check your facts. Up until today , the Malaysian government is paying rentals to the Sultan of Sulu. The contract between the British government and the Sultan of sulu says "padyak" which in Malayo means rental but the government of Malaysia insists that it means "sale". You know for a fact that "padyak" means rental not "sale". You're a bunch of social climbers trying to pretend your rich pwe!

It was only 75% of the land was ruled by Sulu and another 25% was under Brunei (glad my place is in the Brunei territory, x Sulu, if not i'll be poorer). Did u ever study about how British take over the whole land? Until its independence?
