What makes you think the boy isn't taght differetly around other dogs? There is no evidence to suggest this. Just a very pretty dog and a cute boy. As far as we know this took months of introductions and much more guided play. We just don't know. We had 2 dogs when my kids were little, to see them around 1 was not to see them around the other. 1, a mix would let them eat from her mouth if they wanted, the other couldn't be bothered by them, he walked away every time they came near.
