He's against the "boob tax" cause it would limit the number of whores that he and his fellow GOP favor. "we like 'em big here in Oklahoma" he was heard saying to John Ensign, the senator having an affair with his staffer. The tax would be for elective surgery like Carrie Prejean's breast implants, not reconstructive surgery for say a cancer survivor. THIS GUY LIES WITH IMPUNITY

Reconstructive plastic surgery is usually performed to improve function, but it may be done to approximate a normal appearance.
So they can take our tax money to define gods but they don't allow people to use for Reconstructive surgery for health and injury.
