  • The advice to see thoughts as stressful and not involve in content is great. From 5:30 bhante explains how curious we are. My personal experience corroborates those statements about our tendencie to try to make sense of thought surges. Sadhu!Sadhu!Sadhu!

  • Bhante Gunaratana's new book "Beyond Mindfulness in plain english" is very good also.
