  • iight bruh, you touch your intake manifold and your ac compressor after driving a little while and touch your radiator hose after driving... those things get hot as fuck, i mean i know shit about cars too but thats ignorant to say it doesnt get hot, i mean the the coolant temperature gauge starts at 140!, and thats cold!

  • @b1r11a1n i agree but this videos is old and i was young and stupid....my wires run under my brake booster now not across the air intake .

  • intake gets hot sometimes, so does the compressor on hot days. just run the wires around the engine and not over it and dont have to worry about people commenting about melting your wires. and the fan dont cool your intake manifold, it cools the coolant (antifreeze and water mix) which pumps through your block and head and cools your block and head.

  • @Fr0z3nFr0g old set up ....and plenum does not get hot enough to burn wire ...and its not touching that ac compressor barley .....also i have wire running under the brake booster now ! not across the intake plenum any more and your confused about the antifreeze part .... yea your right about the antifreeze that it go's through your block and dnt forget that transmission ...those are water cooled as well and y would the fan cool something thats happening internally ...think about it

  • @misterio5332 toutube? gee thx bruh !

  • dont mind theese fuckers youtubers are gonna do them n talk shit...u said it u were younger and u learn n improve...not 100% right but u didnt just throw the cable on top ignorantly, u had a theory about the air intake manifold being lower temp than the rest of the eng and thats true but now u understand that the ambient under-hood temp is not the best environment for a source wire and hopefully also that it would cause noise/distortion/interference running too close to the (coil pack)

  • dats croose control! xD

  • I hope this is a joke or else you sir, are a fucking idiot

  • Wow man. You are an idiot. Just leave it to white people and go back to radioshack.

  • just placing my comment before the next upload of the fires aftermath.

im gonna wrap my positive wire around the fan clutch so it turns my engine into a giant magnet.

  • It shouldn't melt due to engine heat because there are much more sensitive wiring that is much closer to the actual engine block that stays completly intact.

  • So in other words, the only way the wires are gonna get hot is if you dump gasoline on it and set it on fire.

  • well you just wasted 8 mins and 44seconds of my life letting us know how the engine works and what gets hot and what does not. point and case made. the wire wont melt. imma tell you something different. THE WIRE LOOK SLOPPY. i work on cars all the time and install systems all you have to do is go get some zip ties and run it on the outskirts of the firewall OR DO YOU NEED ME TO MAKE YOU A VIDEO FOR THAT. it just looks alot cleaner is you tuck your wires.
