Thanks for making an attempt to explain the differences between manufactured/HUD Code, mobile and modular. Unfortunately, some of your descriptions are inaccurate and/or incomplete. By mischaracterizing some of the distinguishing characteristics of these construction types, this video is perpetuating some of the myths and misconceptions that we need to dispel.
