  • Lol, 0:30 "Ugh". Ididnt realize that the original phage virus dies? I thought it would at least take the time to replicate it's own DNA before it injects it into the ecoli?

  • good video, but T4 phages don't "look" for an E. coli cell. It has no metabolic activity outside of the cell. It is just based on a bunch of random bumpings into the cell that the bacteriophage can attach itself. Once attached, then metabolic activity kicks in
