I think OOTSP came out in the late 80's.

I saw them warm up Kings X when they were on their Out of the Silent Planet Tour. I was completely & utterly blown away. Still the best show I ever saw. 1991 I think ?

I'll add losing Dane Sonnier was probably another reason why they didn't make it either. Machine Fish was a decent album, but nothing like Space in your Face (SIYF). The solos and guitar work was killer on SIYF, Machine Fish couldn't compare. Nothing against Wally Farkas, but Sonnier was just too good.

Also I don't think the name "Galactic Cowboys" helped either. They could have had a better name.

I HATE GALACTIC COWBOYS FANS who got to see them perform live. Okay, I don't hate you, but I am crazy freaking jealous! *sigh*

(corrected from Cowboy to Cowboys. Sorry 'bout that.)
