From the album (1963) 'Bluegrass Banjos On Fire'. Very rare. Roger Sprung's banjos are shown in the photo. The musicians are not mentioned on the LP or on the cover. The most accomplished opinion is that the banjoist was Buck Trent. However, it was never said to be a true declaration, for at the time, the recording was made by musicians who were currently signed under major labels as single acts or with their bands, and they anonymously recorded the album, which BTW is a great example of how to use Scruggs-Keith tuners!
All 12 songs from the album are now uploaded for posterity since they were not on YouTube before. Enjoy!
