This was the first song in a really long time that made me cry. And it was even more amazing that it was Lady Gaga. My mom thought Lady Gaga was just creepy until she heard this song, now she loves her.

I don't remember hearing about any other artist caring for their fans as much as she does. I was lucky enough to see her in concert and I can tell you first hand how intimate she is with her fans
The entire reason she dresses in all those outfits is so that when her fans see her, they'll know they have a place to go to to feel like a freak. And that is in her music.

Yes, she did. Three musicians at this concert (drums, guitar, keyboards). Later she had four (incl. bass).
