the point is that they're being held as they die, but they don't want to be. they're saying it's a lost cause, so don't hang onto me. that sort of thing.

This is great! Good job! I love Serenity so much! I saw hte movie when it came out and I hadn't seen Firefly before or even heard of it. Whent eh characters died, I was sad but it meant nothing. Once I saw the show, it clicked that Wash and book were killed and I started crying. This song is perfect and brought the sadness of the movie and the chills I had when I rewatched it after viewing the show all back. Thanks for making it.
