پروانه امیرافشاری ،حميرا در 1323در تهران به دنیا آمد. در سن ۱۸ سالگی به یک خواننده تمام عیار تبدیل شد. در همان سن آوازی را در دستگاه سه گاه با آهنگسازی علی تجویدی و شعری از بیژن ترقی به نام صبرم عطا کن را اجرا کردند که در کتاب ترانههای ماندگار این اثر به ثبت رسیده است
