Even if the film is not based on a true story, I have to cry every time I see this wonderful film! It breaks my heart again and again when I see the desperation of Susie's parents. My love scene: Susie's father, the withered rose in his hand (the newly blossomed) and he finds out who killed his daughter!
Sorry for my terrible English!
I hope you can still understand what I mean :D

Your mom dnt leave you, she never left. She is always with you where ever you are or she is. She loves you more than anything!

I had managed to hold my tears most of the movie, even though I was really close to crying. The moment I heard this song playing . . . I just started bawling. This movie is a gem, one of the best I've ever seen.
The song was released as a single in Septerber 1983 and it peaked at # 66 but it should have reach # 1

This wonderful song was written by the late Tim Buckley back in 1967 who is the father of the late Jeff Buckley. The song spent 101 weeks in the UK charts in the 80's and is ranked 4th highest after the all time number 1 ' Love Will Tear Us Apart ' by Joy Division. This version by the Cocteau Twins is regarded as possibly the greatest cover version of a song of all time and you can see why - Elizabeth Frazer is just BRILLIANT.
