(Captured on 3/17/09) Heres a rare hit for the Seconday. A single amtrak unit with no cars and no secondary unit hooked up.

  • Damn, why so much shaking?

  • @adelgado75 It was cold and i was standing in theback of a pickup. Not really the most balance place to stand.

  • does amtrak share that line with NS?

  • @johnjackstif yes NS gave amtrak permission to use the Delmarva so they could transport amfleets to their servicing facility in Bear, DE and in turn NS gets permission to use the Northeast Corridor to run freight.

  • Awww it's a little baby engine.

  • You need a tripod.....BAD!!!

  • @metraF40PH163 Hum, that's odd. Usually they build gensets off of old frames of GP's & SD's

  • @metraF40PH163 No its a completely different engine from MPI classified as a GP15 or GP15D whatever preffered.

  • @conrail19900 So was it built off of an old GP15 frame?

  • @metraF40PH163 yeah a Genset GP15 not an EMD.
