I actually had a chance to train with vladimir vasiliev, and i could tell you straight forward that this guy is no joke, I wrestled for 20 years, have many titles, he made me look like a kid who does not know anything. It is easy to judge something they haven't tried, but don't judge a book by its cover, try it first, train for a while if you don't like it just say it doesn't work for you. As for me, i think its a very effective and efficient way of defending yourself.
