Social Security is voluntary

Debate question directed to Rep. Ron Paul asking how he would inform citizen workers of the voluntary nature of their participation in Social Security.

What I mean is people tend to confuse their actual geographical location, with political incorporation...or more properly "Mental fictions" or "States". Mere abstracts of the mind with imaginary boundries. I used to be a patriot type till I figured out that all these things were just opinions.Its like this...underneath all the paperwork(Statutes,Constitutio­n,Ordinance,etc..) is a machine gun-it's based on violence,which means there is no amount of right paperwork you can do for them to stop

@THAWK3 You are right. Here's a thought; are you using your knowledge of the paperwork and your perception of the amount of deception that surrounds its use/application/influence in order to inform and organize those who you meet who are also becoming enlightened about their fraudulent government or have the machine gun-toting control freaks who consider themselves to be your superiors succeeded in creating such effective divisions among us that there is no hope of recovery?

@MsKymmi Seems to me the only way any of the sovereign human beings of the several States of the united States can remove themselves from SS is to file for a revocation and rescission of the number with the national government. I have not done this and I don't know if it works or not. This is not advice and you must use a great deal of caution whenever you are dealing with a national government agency. I would not want to discourage you from pursuing this, however.

No one is required to give a cop an ID. Although the cop may be ignorant of this fact, he could be sued for damages as a result of violating the law.

Those things do not require a Social Security Number. In fact, the SSN is not even yours. Look on the back of the card. It must be returned upon request. This makes that SSN a trust owned by the SSA and Corp. U.S. The SSN is merely a capacity in which on may act if he or she chooses to. Your true relationship is that you are the trustee who can act for the trust. But it is never you who is acting. To do things you describe you must know the law and how to apply it. Ron Paul is the only Politician I have ever heard say that the Fed is private and should be abolished,he also openly says the IRS is an illegal and unconstitutional institution and it should be abolished.You may have noticed this man speaks from the heart and is honest he even says things that may go against him in an election because he is honest.Everyone else lies to get votes.Ron tells the truth to get votes.If America does'nt vote him in they deserve what they get,an establishment lackie!!!

Corporate US Code, olitical law are the same thing.What I'm saying is that they have the guns-arguing a statute or a law is frivilous-the point is to never take a position and question the facts of the case not argue opinions of dead lawyers who couldnt bind anybody to anything.Questions like "Is your jurisdiction based on my consent" or "Are you an expert on determination and interpretation on Said Law or Code" "Do u have evidence of a complaining party"

I went down to my SS office and tried to get out.She asked me do I know why I want to do this,and I told them I will not participate in a global socialist ponzi scheme and the lady got blank eyed and shuffeled some papers around and said she has to get her manager who then comes over with some IRS paperwork that I had to fill out-I asked her if the SSA was independent from the IRS she said yes,so I threw the paperwork in the trash.She had no idea what to do

Im a private contractor and I work in a different persons house almost every day, and some people are more receptive than others-I woud say 50/50. I try my hardest to help clear illusions people see. And because its ingrained in us from the start(Kindergarden-12)using school and advanced speech patterns and anchoring(NLP) people tend to have a very emotional response and think I'm attacking them-when im merely pointing out observations of reality.

@THAWK3 I don't understand what the point is you are trying to make. I never once mentioned anything about political law, whatever that is; rather, I was talking about using Corp. U.S. and the Corp. State statutes to control them and keep them from trespassing against my rights. If they do trespass then I use the proper remedy to seek compensation for said trespass.

I know plenty about "Law", enough to know that there is no such thing as "Political Law", only opinions of man.

@THAWK3 Learning the law and applying has worked well for me so far. The key is to know the law much better than your enemy. Paperwork is extremely important because it creates a record; and, law, being a matter of record, speaks for itself. Applying the law is also the best way to remove corruption from the system. I know people who have successfully removed judges from office using writs of quo warranto, which is the proper remedy. It puts the burden of proof on the defendant.

Why do people believe that if you show a psychopath the proper paperwork that they will leave you alone? See underneath all that paperwork you guys call "Statutes","Common Law","Constitutions" is a gun-The paperwork is meaningless.I mean do you actually think that by calling yourself "Sovereign" or getting rid of your SSN or Birth Certificate or saying your not a 14th Amendment citizen will get them to stop?
