i need a software for to watch video recording?

I just purchased one similar to this and am trying to determine if date&time can be displayed in videos. I can set the date & time using a time.txt file, but can not figure out the flag/command to turn the display of it ON. As I said, it looks like this one, except it has ZERO internal memory, accepts up to 8GB microSD, records audio when switch is set to "RECORD" and video or stills in "VIDEO" posistion. Everything else is identical to what is seen in this video. Any thoughts? thanks.
