This is a really neat device that fits in the stake bed pocket of your pickup truck and when you're not using it, the device lays flat. So this will work well with some of the tonneau covers out there. This also works well with bed rail caps which we'll do an install on a vehicle with some plastic bed rail caps on the vehicle. We'll install this into the pocket on the bed rail here. You set it the way you want it and you simply tighten down the screws. There you have it, it's completely installed. Now with the flip of a switch it will be ready to tie down what you have in the back of your truck. To retract it, simply push down back into place. There you have it for part # WTD-810, the Bully pop-up truck hooks.
