Well, no it's not. Hence why it's called a "Community Wall"
It's only vandalism if you do it on someone else's property without their informed consent. Many graffitti artists work strictly as "Day-painters" nowadays doing commissioned work or at the least, on walls that have been designated for the purpose . It is a fairly self-policing process as well because good work is allowed to stand and crappy "tags" are written over in a hurry. Public art is all sorts of good Dude ;)

Wendy's (and Chick-fil-A) was one of the first restaurants to use oils with no trans-fats. Good stuff.
