And then they are doing these so called donation campaigns in western countries "to help" african countries against famine and everything when they are really the ones creating all this dramatic chaos in Congo and all Africa. Rwanda and Uganda are allies of the US in ways extremely detrimental (and worse) for the Congo? Definitely. View and listen to the two videos I posted in my first response to Vikt0rEremita re. Keith Harmon Snow's work. He covers this Uganda and Rwanda nightmare in the Congo quite extensively.

The US, ie, Washington, doesn't hold Ugandan and Rwandan leaderships accountable, because they're used by Wa. to rape, pillage, plunder the Congo for Corporate America.
