hey i'm a ppw (preggo plus woman) and yea i had morning sickness they said it's a sign of strong implantation which is good....but the actual sickness also sucks...lol have fun with those first 3 months!

i remember when i went in for my first appointment, i was kinda doubting that i was pregnant even tho the home test told me i was, and then she did the ultrasound and told me she saw the baby and then all of a sudden i heard this noise like a lil horse or something and i was like WTH?! haha she should have warned me i didnt know it would be the heart beat =P
Good luck with your morning sickness, i had it up until the middle of my second trimester

CONGRATSSS!! SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME....i FOUND OUT i WAS PREGNANT AND A WEEK LATER I STARTED SPOTTING.,.....VERY LIGHT..IT LASTED ABOUT A WEEK BUT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT OK =) dON;T WORRY TOO MUCH.....ENJOY IT.....i'M NOW 20 WEEKS....GOOD LUCK
