@wangyeou: Thanks for the reply wang! i managed to run GTA 4 smoothly using patch 1.0.5. Now everything works fine. But whenever i start the game, the graphics settings go back to default one. Further i need to run 'AutoConfigure' and 'Benchmark' everytime to set the graphics properly.
