@rampagetv Can't you put it on a tripod?

@TucoRamirez2 First of all thanks a lot for your feedback! I do want to point out that my target market shifted a bit more towards radio imaging and broadcast. If you'd like to see/hear my newest demo, see watch?v=qllS1uk57wA . Let me know what you think!

isn't this microphone a bit trebly or sibilant?
charlesdespres 9 months ago
@charlesdespres Nope, I failed with proper EQ in the beginning, since I hadn't EQ'd voice over before. In the rest of the video there is some light EQ, and YouTude completely raping the audio quality of my beautiful lossless sound isn't helping very much either. Check the broadcast demo (link in annotation) for a better sample of my VO and EQ/mastering skills. Thanks for commenting!

@anatol1204 Thanks man, appreciate that. I was actually the lead singer in a band for 5 years and still sing professionally. I had to train a lot due to my voice breaking 2 times now. Once when I was 13 and again when I was almost 18. Check the broadcast demo too! (link in annotation)

The mic is great, and you sound very good. But if I can give you some advice, try sounding more natural, or conversational when doing voice overs. Remember that most (I'd say 99%) of casting agents are looking for "the guy next door" type of delivery. Best of luck!
