http://www.ccavataio.com Richard Rosendale Making Microwave Brioche
Milk 150 Grams
Sugar 50 grams
Flour 212 grams
Salt 4 grams
Egg 2 eggs
Butter 50 grams

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until silky smooth for about 30
seconds. Place in isi canister fitted with two charges of nitrous oxide.

2. Pierce a paper cup with a knife to perforate the cup on the lower half of the
cup. Spray the cup with a pan release.
3. Fill the cup up 1/4 of the way with the batter. Place in a microwave for 45
seconds. Remove the cup from he microwave and let it sit upside-down for 1
minute. Remove the cup and serve the brioche.

There should have been 4 videos set in the first round. They are numbered in the
order that they should go. You can cut or edit and down time in the video to
make it go a little faster (for example condensing the time in the microwave
instead of watching the bread cook for 45 seconds)
