Orphanage Saigon Vietnam November 2010 trip Phu My orphanage

This trip I went to Vietnam to visit my family and I was lucky enough to also visit a childrens Orphanage in Siagon. It was over whelming to see ,touch and hold these children that have been abandoned due to their birth defects and challenging life which they have to face day to day.I met Sister Helen who runs the orphanage here in Phu My catholic orphanage in Saigon city.This trip I have to say was my most favorite trip in my life so far.Thank you for watching!!

I'm going back soon to visit my relatives, and my mother will be bringing my brother and me to an orphanage. We bought sweets to hand out to them, and I'm looking forward to it very much! <3

I was touched. It's a beautiful what you did. I was there just a couple of weeks with a team of Dentist and Nurses providing dental to the orphanage and under privileges and the lepersy people. We went from Vinh Long up to Quy Nhon and Nha Trang. Our volunteer group go every about April Easter period.

I am in the same boat as you; this June I will go to Saigon to meet my relatives for the first time but the bulk of my time there, I plan to volunteer in an orphanage (about 6 weeks). Im searching the internet for contact information. I was at this orphanage in November of last year for 2 weeks, my friend is even in the vid, she was there when I was! Great vid!
