Do you know what really killed the Concorde? They were planning to build MANY of them but the environmentalists campaigned so strongly agaianst it that in the end they could only sell a few a few and greatly restricted the routes on which it could fly. Imagine if they had built 50 or 100! they would have been more profitable and would still be flying today! Bob B

@sharp93 Oh, well I assumed that when the video says "first flight" it's the first public flight :) because, he was on the first public flight. Paris to New York.

My dead uncle was actually on this flight. When I was going through his stuff I found pictures, old tickets etc. from Concorde flights! so awesome!
