An original song by Marty Mikles, used as an entry to the OPENING ACT competition for 104.7 The Fish Atlanta, Celebrate Freedom.

The greatness of Your love
Is pouring over us
And we now sing the song of the redeemed

Your mighty arm has raised
Our souls up from the grave
You've saved us from the hands of enemies

Thank you, Lord, for reaching us
Your arm is not too short to save

Oh Lord, our Lord
How majestic is Your name in all the earth
Oh Lord, our Lord
How majestic is Your name in all the earth

No earthly eye has seen
No mind can comprehend
What our God has in store for those who love Him

Thank you, Lord, for Your great love
Your arm is not too short to save

How great Your love
You sing over us
Your sweet song of hope and life

  • Love the sound of your guitar bro, and you have a great voice that's pure worship. Are you downtuned? Best wishes with the competition. I am competing also, but wouldn't mind losing to this song. Haha. Blessings bro.

  • @LastToArriveMusic thanks man. your voice is spectacular... reminds me of phil wickham (and if you're like me, you probably hate it when someone says you sound like someone else!). the cover of poison and wine was chilling... awesome!

yeah, my j45 is tuned down entirely a half-step, and the little e string is tuned a whole step down to D... all strings: (Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-D).

thanks for the youtube love. i've watched and enjoyed your videos as well.

    Peace!

  • I love this song!! But problem is that, with transmission, every song sounds just like the other.. add a little spicee?? :)

  • @tforeignguy what kind of spice would you like? :) thanks for the comment. i love feedback.

  • This is a great song, but the problem with Transmission is the fact that none of the songs sound alike. You should stop using interesting chord structures. Also, consider singing in an obscure african language.

  • The GREATEST song ever by Transmission Glory to God thank you for your love and mercy. Keep up the work Marty!!!!!! -Knowledge

  • Marty I loved meeting you here in Chile by the salvation army camp all encouraged me to keep going I love you God bless you always

  • Wether you win or not this competion(hope you did but), you should should record track and release it- I am sure many producers would highly be interested in remixing in in diff. style, it's authentic, your voice & the guitar - is capturing just the way it is. From Mtl Canada

    Keep up

  • Brilliant! Sharing on my facebook again. You really know how to stir the spirit of worship.

  • @martinmikles I dig your spice!

  • @brownside727 Exactly ! We loved having him a Floridas youth councils this year ! He is an inspiration to me and all of my fellow corps cadets!

  • @martinmikles Maybe you should light your guitar on fire at the end....that would add some spicee :)
