when i click on "start recording", it said "Error:unable to start camera capture". what i should do? i turned off all the other programs, and the camera were not used by any program else. i had the preview, but it didn't record...

how to remove the countdown??
When i press the rec button the countdown comes up. I dont want countdown.

@Jambander481 You have to de-select the camera option which is in the "Settings" option right next to the REC button

is there a way to record from the camera and have it be bigger than 320x240? I have no options for adjusting under format. I'm using a sony digital 8 handicam as my camera.

so you have to have a camera to record or can u just record screen cuz when i push full screen then push REC (record) it doesnt do anything . . ..

on mac when you are recording a video with your webcam and the screen in Camtasia 6 it can have reflections and other cool effects for the camera does the PC version have it to???

When i record my camera using camtasia studio 6 it always keep recording my music into MONO format ! i changed Audio Device to my sound card and tried many format like AC3, MPEG Layer 3 , but it always keep recording audio in MONO format !
How do i fix it ?

Please download the MPG codec that supports Camtasia Studio.
