I have been playing competitive basketball in leagues for years with people half my age and am still considered one of the highest jumpers and leading rebounders in the league. I have always been a power jumper and would just power over the bar. Now that I am older I feel some technique would help me to be good again. Thanks in advance. I am approximately 6'5 and between 195-200 lbs.
