Suicidal Squirrel vs My Dogs

My dogs are at war with a squirrel in our backyard. The squirrels keep hiding peanuts in our yard and our chihuahua keeps digging them up and eating them. There is one suicidal squirrel who loves to mess with my dogs - he gets just close enough and then takes off. He also barks back and them and flicks his tail.
