@wildmutt1978 You could probably add anything. When i was into bodybuilding/powerlifting we used chocolate meal replacement meals and a a small cup of peanut butter and put it into a blender and it tasted like a reeses peanut butter cup and it was actually good for you and thats a bonus.lol I would suggest to anyone that tries any of these mixtures of ingrediants to try them at home first to make sure that it doesn't give you the runs.

cheaper is better , calories are the main target. the more food you can get for the least amount of money times the most calories should be the emphasis . how many meals can you get for 30 bucks . i like your prep work just keep in mind that the more natural the ingredients the better the taste .

21 grams of fat seems a bit much for a cup of oatmeal!! Is it from the p. butter?? If so, Id be leaving that out, course I love plain oatmeal with a smidgeon of cinnamon.......and Im allergic to nuts, so......no p.butter for me, but thanks for the vid!

looks good! i can't find flavored peanut butter locally, let alone in those individual packets. good vid
no offense but something tells me that would give me the runs.lol I wonder if you could add crushed walnuts or almonds to it or just have them as a snack after?

@onebigkahuna69 Lol, I would say you can add or subtract any thing you want. Sometimes I throw hot chocolate mix in as well

Try raisins in that instead of peanut butter.

@saberman12341 I sometimes add raisins, but I really like the peanut butter for the protein and fat content, and not to mention I love the way it taste too. Thanks for the suggestion and tip.
