Hydrostatin presentation in Moscow, Russia

In the second and third quarter of the year 2010, Russia was facing state of emergency situation due to the forest fires by which more than ten regions were caught. The area closest to Moscow, among the rest. The so called smoldering fires on large areas seemed to make the biggest problems.
Considering the fact that our company produces genuine ecological agents for extinguishing not only the so called large forest fires, but for extinguishing the so called smoldering peat (turf) fires, as well, we have contacted the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief.

Obtained results will be valid for the whole territory of Russian Federation.
In regards to the state of emergency situation due to the severe fires, during August and first half of September, Mr Nedeljko Dzudzelija, General Manager, visited Moscow three times where he had several meetings with the authorities of Ministry of Emergency Situations ( Russian: Министерство по чрезвычайным ситуациям - МЧС России ) and VNIIPO of EMERCOM of Russia - "All-Russian Research Institute for Fire Protection" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations ( Russian: ВНИИПО МЧС России - "Всероссийский научно-исследовательский институт противопожарной обороны" МЧС России ).

Mr. Dzudzelija had the first meeting on Sunday, August 15th, 2010 with Mr. Verzilin Mikhail Mikhailovich, Lieutenant General of Internal Service, Director
of the Department of Fire and Rescue Service, Fire Protection and Special Forces of EMERCOM Russia ( Russian: Г-дин Верзилин Михаил Михайлович, генерал-лейтенант внутренней службы, директор Департамента пожарно- спасательных сил, специальной пожарной охраны и сил ГО МЧС России). On this occasion, Mr. Verzilin was introduced to the possibilities of our ecological agent named „Hydrostatin" HSI regarding extinguishing forest fires and the so called smoldering fire on peat (turf). At the same time, it was agreed that one test will be performed on one of the burning peats in the Moscow area.

As early as August 27, 2010 there was one experiment performed in Shatur region of Moscow area, in the surroundings of the village of Shaturtorf (150 km away from Moscow). One cistern of 6 tons capacity was used. Two fires were extinguished successfully: the one of the burning peat and the one of the pile of burning tyres. All the present people expressed their amazement.
