i think the freeze plugs came out of your rim and shot your catalack converter... man id get that checked out before your piston pump falls off...

its the piston return springs man...if you dont get that fixed your car cant go 88 mph and you can never get back to 1987!! (back to the future)

I love how someone puts a video up online hoping someone can help diagnose a problem, and everyone has to start a Camaro vs. Mustang, Mustangs suck, Camaros suck, ricers suck, etc. etc. etc. Jesus, save the BS for another video. Anyway, good luck man with the prob. I wish I could help out.

@chrisgee1000 305 camaros are very very slow and yould be lucky to run a 15.5 in a quarter mile. my 1988 ranger 2.9 v6 has beaten a 1989 305 camaro and v6 camaros.

An engineer would say it is possible, but
someone thinks the engine is most important.

Whatever it is/was I didn't fix it. I put a blower on it instead and the engine has been fine for the last 20,000+ miles. I don't hear the noise anymore either.
