    great! very informative. i hope apple listens. The problem is that some of the features like customer tracking is may be misused by unscrupulous vendors, but all apple needs to do is provide generic information and stats to enable these business to better target their business strategy. Also, they should have built into apps other offers and coupons as one of the menu items.
