As much as I respect the driving skills of the police officers, they were gambling with peoples lives there. If the fugitive hadn't been such a good driver himself he could have spun off or flipped over into the oncoming traffic causing a head on. That being said, it looked like they had started to close down the highway. But who knows, maybe they had to stop him before he caused an accident.

Seriously you do NOT need 20 cops arresting you. It just creates more chaos with all of them yelling. Either that or maybe they were all fighting to get credit!
