Rodney James Master Class (Burlesque) | Body & Pole

Australian Rodney James taught a master class at Body & Pole for a Burlesque-style workout he created. It was great!

He taught techniques he uses to bring energy and excitement into the most subtle of movements. About how to tell a story, how to draw an audience in. Stuff I learned in his class is unbelievably relatable to pole and performance in general. And the workout is insane while engaging your shoulder blades, butt, legs, and core. And it was really fun, you can tell by the stupid smile I have every time I watched him move, what a trip. Loved it.
