I do, however, blame the Jews for their ethnocentric inability to recognize that it has no place in modern society. Mind you the forced genital cutting of an infant, If an adult signed into this covenant with the blood of his or her own genitals consensually, no one would be able to intellectually argue against it.

A: I assume you're implying it was a result of mass Jewish emigration to the U.S. during and just after The Holocaust. The largest influx occured b/t 1880-1924. B/t '24-'48 (hmm, what happened that year in History?) Jewish Immigration was restricted to yearly quotas. So, I don't really know why that happened. Since 1999, the AAP has recommended against the practice, if not seen as a medical necessity.
