@RandomDoomsday15 If you have a winxp machine around still you can browse to C:\windows\system32\oobe\images\ and look for file "title.wma". Alternatively you can just search the windows directory for any file that's a wma (search terms "*.wma") as it's the only wma file in the windows directory. All other system sound files for XP and back were .wav format. Which version of XP you have should not matter, I believe they all have title.wma.
@RandomDoomsday15 Pretty sure it was the music from the intro video for Windows XP. It played the first time you booted into Windows after a fresh install.
