That has to be one of the most biased statements I have heard. I am in no way a conference fanboy, of any conference, but anyone can see those three teams leaving was just a transition at the time, but now the play in the Big East supercedes that of the ACC. You can't compare conferences cause they don't go head to head from top to bottom, but you can compare the quality of play.

with 3 teams ranked 5th, 14th, and 23rd...I can't see where the B-EAST is a "weak conference"...maybe you were thinking of the Big Slow 10....

When Miami, Viginia Tech and Boston College left to join the ACC Bitch Rod took over the weak Big East. He can't win a medicore Big Ten, makes now I believe the Big East is a even weaker confrence then I thought.

Agreed! He went 3-8 his first year at WVU and was on his way to a mediocre season until the QB went down and Pat White came in. The rest is history.
