The main problem with America is the hip hop community. As long as the adult black population in America fails to address hip hop, there will always be a culture of violence surrounding our youth. The only popular person to condemn this is Bill Cosby. Obama tried, and Jesse Jackson threatened to cut off hi &^%$#, and he hasn't mentioned anything about personal responsibility since.
