  • Been searching for this for ages, such a great song. Thanks so much. I've got Tear Soup on 12", great B Side to 'Vital Spark', I'll endeavour to get it on here at some point for you.

  • @DCHSanimate Thank you. You'd be a superstar :-)

  • Along with A Craze, The Questions are the best band nobody has ever heard of. Have this on 7" vinly - alng with everything else they ever did: Prized possessions.

Thanks for uploading this - it brings back such great memories.

  • You're welcome! Good to know I'm not the only Respond fan! As for obscurity, it's even worse for their labelmate ND Moffatt. Try a Google search on him - it's as if he never existed! Pity, as Peace, Love & harmony was one of the most beautiful songs that label produced and I never get tired of it. By the way, I have this Questions track on vinyl too but lost my copy of their other single Tear Soup and have never been able to find a copy since in any format. Let me know if you spot it! Cheers

  • Their version of Heatwave's "Grooveline" is pretty hip too

  • I scooped up ever 45 & 12" ep by the Questions that i could get my hands on from the local import record shop back in the day... Glad to see that there are other folks out there who did The Questions just as much as I do!

  • Ps:someone pls upload their version of grooveline!!!

  • How the hell did these guys not make it big,is unknown!!!

Far better than what was around and yet not even recognised!!

    shame!!

  • absolutely brilliant,i have the 7" in vinyl, same cover etc...no record player though.it's great to hear this again.

  • love the questions & all the stuff on respond, there should be more stuff on here, i've got everything released on the label except the dolly mixture's single, brings back good memories.
