i think what happened in England is still hurting India! losing the number 1 test status was really painful for the team! i think batsman are just out of form! 2010, in test cricket was sehwag and gambir's worst year! and some batsman are just old! time for new, younger player!

@Hashuism India has some talent, Umesh Yadav, Kohli, and Rohit Sharma, and I suspect there are others in domestic cricket, though I feel that India's young guns aren't in a mentally stable state.

just one more thing, as India is a lot richer than it was when Darvid adn VVS join, the new talent is better prepared! in the past India had a bad bowling attack! and in domestic cricket, Indian bowlers are dominating! not to mention batsman with averages over 65 in domestic cricket! Even sachin didn't have that average in First-Class cricket! so India will get stronger as a team! i hope the same for australia, really nice team!
