MGLS, interesting! i've heard about this from justin adsuara. i guess i'll study it after the philippine open. i might get confused during the competition if i study it now. btw, how long does it take to fully learn it?

MGLS is COMPATIBLE with Fridrich, rather. ;-)
(And that's how I use it.)
It's a set of two steps (+PLL) that may be used to finish the cube. See my website for details and algs.
