This is an answer to Nick Vail's tricking basics challenge. I've cross-trained with the local TKD dojang at my hometown, Black Dragon Taekwondo. Drill #1 is 5x round kicks on left, then 5x kicks on the right, stationary position. Then moving forward & backward. This is more intense than wind sprints!!! Critique on myself; keep my body up & don't crouch as i see it. Plus chamber the kicks too next time. =)
