Yeah, but it wasn't supposed to flood after the work they did. It wound out that a worker shut the pump down before the storm and it didn't get turned back on. Go figure.

How much rain did Sacramento receive that day?!? Wasn't the nearly 1 1/2 month closure of I-5, back in the summer of '08 designed to prevent such flooding from happening again??
