I am Indian, but my support was always for Australia since 1999 and present and into the future. I remember watching this live in my home and was ecstatic and my heart was racing when Brett Lee hit the '6' which pretty much sealed the game. :) Some say Australia is a weaker and deteriorated side, but I think they have the skill and the aggression in the younger side that makes up the Australian squad. India is going to have a tough time down under next month for the 4 test match and ODIs.

@IronManu77 That is really stupid if someone throws a rock at you for admiring Aus. I bet that most of the Indians who did not like you were the ones who are still in India. the ones who have moved and stayed for a bit in western nations have open minds and have discarded that stupid irrational Indian mentality.

@kabalakabala Nothing of that sort...when I was in India, a fellow hostel student hurled a rock at me and cussed just because I had admiration for Australian team at that time. Plus I have lived in Australia as well and most of the Indians did not like that fact that I had lived in Australia.

@IronManu77 Yeah, but you don't find many Indians who live in India and support Australia. You are an Indian living in the USA and being away from India makes you kind of lose the support you had for India. Kind of like me.
