After Having A Double Hernia, Passing Out On The Emergency Room Floor, & Your Testicles Removed, Then Put Back In, This Is What I Did:

10 Sprints
80 Pounds Of Weight
11 MPH Tredmill
15% Incline
20 Second Sprints
30 Seconds Rest

I here ya with the hernia I was also born with one and now just noticed a small umbillical one so I'm probably gonna be going under the knife to fix it in the distant future. I repeat you are a beast son! keep on keeping on!!!

  • Vids will be part of an up coming article. Stay Tuned! Funny, but furthest from the truth. Born with a Double Hernia. On lower left abdominal wall & other, an Umbilical Hernia. Trained around them all my life. Can't help the way you're born. For those who do not have my medical history, nothing wrong with this. Fire men running into burning buildings wear more weight than this, Armed Forces in desert heat, etc. Keep training perspective. Slow & Steady over Time. Not Dangerous, & very attainable!
